A native Nevadan and Reno resident for over 35 years, Pat Morrissey’s 30+ years experience in the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate industry has made him intimately familiar with the infrastructure and zoning constraints within the community. Pat is a graduate of the University of Nevada, with a Degree in Business Administration. Active in the community, Pat is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), National Association of Industrial and Office realtors (NAIOP), The Builders Association of Northern Nevada (BANN), National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Reno Sparks Association of Realtors (RSAR).
